IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Scheduled service interruptions

Studylink will be unavailable on Sunday, 18 October from 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM AEST. During this time all StudyLink portals (Admissions Portal, Student Portal, and Partner Portal) will be temporarily unavailable.

Unscheduled service interruptions

There are no current unscheduled outages. If you are having issues accessing services please contact the Service Desk via email servicedesk@canberra.edu.au

Scheduled routine service interruptions

Thursdays 6:30am to 8:00am;
