IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Please note that our service counters are now closed. All support continues to be available and is provided through the Service Desk as the first point of contact. No services have been removed.

Scheduled service interruptions

Wednesday 2 September, 7:30pm, The UC phone system will undergo a short 30 minute outage as we undertake maintenance on the system. Phones, including lift phones, will be unavailable during this time. Security has been notified.

Unscheduled service interruptions

There are no current scheduled outages

Scheduled routine service interruptions
