Multiple eligible nominations have been received for the following positions and, as a result, electronic ballots are now open.

Members of each relevant constituency will be emailed an individual voting link.

Voting closes at 5.00 pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026.

University Council - Two-year terms

• Postgraduate Student Representative
• Undergraduate Student Representative

Academic Board - Two-year terms

• 2 x Academic Staff Representatives (Levels A–C)
• 4 x Academic Staff Representatives (Levels D–E)
• 1 x General Staff Representative (Level 9 or above)

Student Representative Council - One-year terms

• Faculty of Arts and Design student member
• Faculty of Business, Government and Law student member
• Faculty of Health student member
• Faculty of Science and Technology student member
• Higher Degree by Research (HDR) student member
• International student member

Other positions

No nominations were received for the following positions:

• Academic Board – Academic Staff Representative (Research Centre or Institute)
• SRC – Faculty of Education student member
• SRC – Ngunnawal Centre student member (Indigenous student member)

Further information regarding these vacancies will be provided following the conclusion of the election process.

For the Academic Board Postgraduate Student Representative position, one eligible nomination was received. As a ballot is not required, the nominee has been elected to the position.
